Announcing Jenny Davis as Swoon’s New Senior Vice President of Emerging Accounts!
Big things are happening at Swoon! We’re so excited to welcome Jenny Davis as our new Senior Vice President of Emerging Accounts!

From the start, Jenny was drawn to Swoon’s brand and our people-first approach to talent acquisition. Now, she’s ready to take what she’s learned over her 15+ years in the industry and help us elevate our emerging accounts—driving innovation, empowering our team, and building even stronger client partnerships along the way.
What is Jenny excited about?
“Swoon has such a strong brand, as a company of fun, intelligent, and driven people, and one that truly commits to the candidate and client experience,” Jenny shares. “I’m excited to take what I’ve learned, meld that with the strengths of Swoon’s brand and talent, to bring the firm to new heights. The people at Swoon make all the difference, and I’m thrilled to now be one of those people.”
Her excitement is shared by our leadership team.
Joseph Matalone, Executive Vice President, adds:
“Jenny has this incredible mix of deep industry knowledge and a strategic mindset that just clicks with how we work at Swoon. She’s built a career on growing client relationships and leading high-performing teams, and I know she’s going to help take our emerging accounts to the next level.”
With a career spanning technical recruiting, sales, leadership, and leading a $60M+ global accounts division, Jenny has a proven knack for growing teams and transforming the organizations she’s a part of. She’s a SIA 40 Under 40 honoree, holds her CCWP certification, and has led award-winning teams recognized by clients and MSP partners alike.
But Jenny’s story goes far beyond professional accolades. She’s a Wisconsin girl (Go Pack Go!) turned Minnesotan (Go Wolves!) who loves baking, reading, and finding her Zen through yoga—or even a little reality TV (Top Chef, Project Runway, and RHOBH are her favorites). At home, she’s a wife and a mom to 3 boys. “One of my driving forces is knowing my boys grow up understanding that women, like their mom, are strong, driven, and belong in the highest levels of leadership,” she says.
Welcome to the team, Jenny! We can’t wait to see all that you accomplish in your new role!
